What You'll Do
Assist in identifying and connecting with potential clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Support lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and targeted outreach.
Maintain and update leads and client information in CRM.
Handle client inquiries and assist in converting leads into bookings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Assist with pricing discussions, deal closures, and end-to-end booking coordination.
Coordinate with the Guest Relations and Marketing teams on ongoing projects.
Support onboarding of new villas by collecting property details and images.
Maintain daily sales trackers and submit progress reports.
Assist with basic sales data analysis and reporting.
Who We're Looking For
Students or recent graduates from Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Someone passionate about sales, travel, client communication, and hospitality.
A proactive, enthusiastic learner who is comfortable communicating with clients.
