Job Summary : The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design, develop, and maintain robust web and enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
🔹 Take ownership of the application lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through deployment and support.
🔹 Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
🔹 Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following industry best practices.
🔹 Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.
🔹 Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
🔹 Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure application reliability.
🔹 Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 4-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development
✔ Strong expertise in:
C#
ASP.NET
ASP.NET Web Forms
.NET Framework and/or .NET Core
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Web Services / REST APIs
✔ Strong experience with:
MS SQL Server
MySQL
Database design, optimization, and query performance tuning
✔ Solid understanding of:
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming
Agile/Scrum methodologies
✔ Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing large-scale business applications
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
