At Maxpo Exhibitions, we're looking for a Business Development Associate who is passionate about B2B sales and eager to help businesses grow through world-class exhibitions and events.
What You'll Do:
Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Sell exhibition stalls, sponsorships, and branding solutions
Build and nurture strong client relationships
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional client experiences
We're Looking For:
0–1 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Exhibition/Event Sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales mindset with a passion for closing deals
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
We prefer candidates from the Exhibition, Event Management, B2B Conference, Media Sales, or Advertising industries.
