Interior Designer

Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for commercial and entertainment environments.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to prepare or interpret detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution on site.
Candidates should possess FF&E expertise, including selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts, durability, safety, and budget requirements.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, 3D rendering) is beneficial.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial, hospitality, or cinema projects preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Attention to detail, understanding of building codes and safety standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
