Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer with at least 6 years of hands-on expertise. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IAM/IGA solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management across applications, systems, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
o Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos).
o Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, SSO and MFA.
o Design, implement, and manage IAM/IGA solutions (Cymmetri, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD).
o Develop and deploy Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) solutions
o Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls.
o Monitor and maintain IDAM systems to ensure optimal performance.
o Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues.
o Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates.
o Enforce policies to protect sensitive data.
o Conduct audits and generate compliance reports.
o Define roles, permissions, and access policies aligned with organizational functions.
o Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
o Manage user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
o Conduct access reviews, certification campaigns, and enforce segregation of duties (SoD).
o Manage user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
o Implement policies for least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance.
o Monitor and maintain IAM workflows, connectors, and APIs.
o Experience with API integrations for provisioning/de-provisioning.
o Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories.
o Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
o Automate periodic certification for application role base access management.
o Troubleshoot IAM issues and support audits with detailed logs and reporting.
o Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management.
o Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
o Conduct periodic access reviews and certification campaigns.
o Support audits and provide evidence for compliance reporting.
o Maintain documentation for IAM processes and configurations.
o Work with IT, security, and application teams to integrate IDAM with enterprise systems.
o Conduct regular reviews of access rights and role assignments.
o Collaborate with audit teams to provide compliance reports.
o Create SOPs, technical documentation, and user guides.
o Define best practices for identity lifecycle management.
