Senior Human Resources Manager

We’re hiring: AVP / Senior Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) — FinAGG, Noida
FinAGG is a Noida-based MSME fintech group — an RBI-authorised TSP and GST Suvidha Provider, a Lending Service Provider under RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines, and an NBFC — building cash-flow-based credit for India’s small businesses with some of the country’s largest banks.
We are looking for a senior HR professional to own talent acquisition and HR operations as we scale across sales, credit, operations and technology. You will report to the CFO and lead a small team.
What you will own:
• End-to-end hiring — leadership mandates through recruiters, mid and junior roles in-house, IIM campus intake, and volume hiring for field sales.
• HR operations — payroll inputs, HRMS, onboarding, background verification, exits, employee records.
• Statutory compliance and audit readiness — PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, POSH — in a regulated group inspected by auditors, RBI and bank partners.
• The annual appraisal cycle, HR policy, and ESOP administration support.
What we are looking for:
• 6–10 years in HR, with 3–4 years owning talent acquisition end-to-end.
• Hiring experience in BFSI, NBFC, fintech or a high-growth startup.
• Hands-on statutory compliance ownership — you have handled the filings and the audits yourself.
• MBA / PGDM in HR. Based in or willing to move to Delhi NCR. On-site in Noida.
