S'QB Pictures is an AI-first production house in Noida. We make ad films, AI films, music videos, branded series and vertical micro-dramas for some of India's biggest brands. Filmmakers first, AI operators second. We own every frame: script, cast, shoot, edit, grade, sound, VFX.
We are hiring two AI Creative Directors to lead pods building AI micro-dramas and AI-led client projects. This is a director's chair, not a prompt-operator seat. You will run a small crew, own the creative bar, and ship episodes on schedule.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead an AI micro-drama slate end to end: concept, beat sheet, shot design, generation, edit, delivery.
Run a pod of artists and editors. Set the standard, give notes, unblock people, keep the work moving.
Own the AI pipeline for your projects: generation, character and style consistency across episodes, and review cycles.
Direct live shoots when a project needs real footage, then blend live plates with AI cleanly.
Re-tool every month. New models and workflows land constantly. You test them, pick the winners, and roll them out to your pod.
Hold delivery timelines and flag risks early to the founders.
YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU
Have a real filmmaking background with live shoot experience: sets, actors, coverage, continuity, working to a call sheet.
Are genuinely hands-on with AI video tools, not just aware of them. You have made things, not just watched demos.
Can lead a small team and take a project from brief to final cut without being managed.
Adapt fast. Our stack changes month to month and you find that exciting, not exhausting.
Are comfortable in post: Premiere, After Effects or Resolve, with a working sense of grade and sound.
Can work on-site in Noida Sector 15, full-time.
BONUS POINTS
You have shipped vertical or micro-drama format work. VFX, compositing or sound design depth. Comfortable directing in Hindi and English.
