You'll own the full HR function:
→ Compliance & payroll — PF, ESI, gratuity, statutory filings, audits. No gaps, no delays.
→ Hiring — end-to-end recruitment across functions, from blue-collar to mid-management
→ Onboarding & documentation — structured processes that set people up to succeed from day one
→ Culture & workplace standards — building a team that takes pride in accountability, discipline
→ HR systems — policies, appraisal cycles, grievance handling, and everything in between
You're a fit if you:
✔ Have 4-6 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a mid-sized company
✔ Know your compliance inside out — PF, ESI, labour law — and can handle an audit without breaking a sweat
✔ Have actually built or improved a workplace culture, not just written a policy about it
✔ Are hands-on, organised, and don't wait to be told twice
