Role Description This full-time remote IT Business Analyst (B2B) role is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The IT Business Analyst will analyze existing business processes, document workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and validating business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and supporting solution design and testing activities. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, ensuring that IT solutions align with business goals and industry best practices. The IT Business Analyst will also assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations to support decision-making and project delivery.

Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit needs, define scope, and document functional specifications.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to understand system capabilities, integrations, and technical constraints.
1+ year of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar B2B client-facing role.
Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders and present findings in a structured manner.
Experience working with requirement management tools, documentation standards, and basic software development or implementation lifecycles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
