Company Description Gridlines LLP is an Talent Acquisition firm working in executive search for the real estate industry only.
Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end hiring efforts to support Gridlines LLP’s growth and multidisciplinary teams. This full-time, WFH role and includes managing full-life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. The position involves developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives, creating effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will maintain recruitment metrics, manage talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs. The role also includes continuous improvement of recruitment processes and adherence to fair, inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and coordinating with clients for interviews.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured interviews, assessment of competencies, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
Experience in design, architecture, real estate, or professional services environments is an advantage.
