Job Description :: Tech Mahindra- Associate- R2R
Location- Pune
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
Managed month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Prepared and reviewed financial statements, trial balances, journal entries, and account reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.
Performed general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain financial integrity.
Ensured compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and organizational financial policies.
Processed and validated journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments as part of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
Conducted bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations and resolved outstanding discrepancies.
Supported statutory audits and internal audits by preparing schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
Worked extensively on ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, utilizing finance modules for transaction processing and reporting.
Assisted in financial reporting, management reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and ensure adherence to internal controls.
