🚀 WE ARE HIRING | FEA ENGINEER – BESS
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: 3–7 Years
🏭 Industry: Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform FEA/structural analysis for BESS products and enclosures.
Conduct static, thermal, vibration and structural analysis as required.
Develop simulation models and interpret analysis results.
Support product design optimization based on simulation findings.
Collaborate with Mechanical Design, R&D and Testing teams.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for analysis results.
Support prototype validation and correlate simulation results with physical testing.
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong knowledge of FEA & Structural Analysis
Hands-on experience with ANSYS / HyperWorks / Abaqus or similar tools
Good understanding of Mechanical Design, Materials & Engineering Mechanics
Knowledge of meshing, boundary conditions and result interpretation
Experience with sheet metal/enclosure structures is an advantage
BESS, battery pack or energy-storage product experience will be preferred.
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Automobile or related discipline
