URGENT HIRING | Senior Technical Lead – Digital Banking 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the technical delivery of Digital Banking & Banking Applications for a leading banking organization in Oman.
Location: Oman

👨💻 Role: Senior Technical Lead
Must Have
• Strong experience in Technical Leadership / Solution Architecture
• Proven Banking / FinTech domain experience
• Strong expertise in Microservices, API-first & Event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Quantum Infinity (Kony)
• Strong knowledge of Temenos T24 / Transact integration
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, OData & SOAP APIs
• Strong backend experience with Node.js/NestJS, Java Spring Boot, .NET Core or equivalent
• Experience with Flutter/Dart, React Native, Ionic or equivalent
• Strong database knowledge – Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, OWASP & security standards
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and mentoring engineers
• Proven experience taking enterprise applications from development through Go-Live
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead technical architecture and solution design
✔ Drive frontend, backend and banking system integrations
✔ Lead integration with T24/Transact and third-party APIs
✔ Review code, enforce architecture and engineering standards
✔ Plan technical delivery, estimate effort and manage technical risks
✔ Coordinate with Project Managers, business stakeholders and vendors
✔ Lead deployment, Go-Live, production support and technical handover
