Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium or Katalon Studio and should be comfortable working in Agile development environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for AEM-based web applications.
Perform end-to-end automation testing for AEM applications, websites, and digital platforms.
Develop automation frameworks and reusable test scripts using Selenium or Katalon Studio.
Create and maintain automated regression and functional test suites.
Identify, analyze, and report application defects using defect-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, AEM engineers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand requirements and testing needs.
Execute automated test suites across different environments and browsers.
Analyze automation test results, troubleshoot failures, and identify root causes.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Maintain test scripts and automation frameworks as application functionality evolves.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure automation testing aligns with project quality standards and release requirements.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Test Automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or Katalon Studio.
Strong knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and AEM-based applications.
Experience in web application testing and automation.
Good understanding of automation frameworks, test scripting, and test execution.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages used for test automation.
Knowledge of API testing and web services is preferred.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience automating AEM components, templates, authoring workflows, and publishing scenarios.
Experience with cross-browser automation testing.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, and CI/CD automation.
Experience working with automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).
Experience integrating Selenium or Katalon automation with CI/CD pipelines.
