Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an AI & Automation Engineer. The AI & Automation Engineer will design, develop, and implement automation solutions and AI-driven workflows to optimize digital processes across client projects and internal operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating robotics and automation tools, building and maintaining control systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and digital strategists. The role involves monitoring performance, improving system reliability, documenting technical solutions, and ensuring that automation initiatives align with business goals and scalability needs. The engineer will also explore emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative automation approaches that enhance efficiency, user experience, and overall platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Automation and Robotics skills for designing and deploying automated workflows and systems.
Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering and Process Control skills for building, integrating, and maintaining reliable control architectures.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues in AI and automation environments.
Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) and integrating them into production systems is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools (e.g., microservices, containers, CI/CD) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Experience in digital products, web platforms, or technology-driven consulting environments is a plus.
