Role Description The Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India. The individual in this position will manage end-to-end export processes, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries from overseas clients, supporting sales activities in international markets, and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery. The Export Executive will collaborate with internal teams such as production, finance, and quality to align export orders with customer requirements and company policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, tracking market trends, and contributing to the continuous improvement of export operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export process management.
Candidates should possess skills in Import Export operations and International Trade compliance.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales for international markets and customer relationship management.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to correspond professionally with global clients.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, international shipping procedures, and export-related regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field; relevant certifications in export/import are an advantage.
Prior experience in chemical, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
