Position Title: PCG-Advisor
Department: Broking / Equity Advisory
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Mandatory Requirements
● Hands-on Trade Execution / Equity Dealing experience (non-negotiable requirement)
● Prior experience in the Broking / Securities industry
● Demonstrated Advisory / Client Relationship Management experience
● Experience in Third-Party Product Sales (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, etc.)
● Expected CTC must align with the budgeted range for this role
Key Responsibilities
● Execute equity trades (cash, F&O) directly on behalf of clients with speed and accuracy
● Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/retail clients through regular engagement
● Advise clients on equity investments, market trends, and portfolio strategy
● Cross-sell third-party financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, etc.)
● Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk/dealing guidelines
● Meet revenue, brokerage, and AUM targets as defined by management
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referralsRequired Skills & Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Equity Dealing or the Broking industry, with mandatory hands-on experience in trade execution in Cash and/or Derivatives. Candidates must have a background in Broking/Securities firms along with proven experience in client handling, advisory, and relationship management. Experience in third-party product distribution will be preferred. Candidates holding NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives), NISM Series VII (Securities Operations), or equivalent certifications will be preferred. The candidate's expected CTC should also be within the company budget.
