Roles & Responsibility:
l Oversee full governance lifecycle of global People & Culture KPIs, upholding rigorous data quality standards to serve as a trusted source for executive/board-level decision-making.
l Lead strategic workforce analytics and insight delivery – Steer global trend, organizational and talent-related analysis; deliver high-impact data-driven insights to underpin corporate strategy, HR transformation and the new operating model rollout.
l Steward global CSR/ESG HR metrics and disclosure readiness – Maintain unified definitions and governance protocols for CSR-related HR metrics, ensuring robust external ESG disclosures, audit readiness and continuous process maturity improvement.
HR Data Management:
l Drive global HR data governance and quality excellence – Steer SuccessFactors core data governance and continuous quality improvement; oversee monitoring routines and dashboards, align with enterprise standards and cascade consistent protocols to local teams.
l Lead cross-functional alignment and analytics infrastructure maturity – Collaborate with key stakeholders to unify global data standards, streamline reporting workflows and lift enterprise-wide analytical maturity; oversee the full lifecycle of the Tableau-based global HR BI platform to enable scalable self-service analytics.
l Ensure HR data privacy and regulatory compliance – Oversee access controls and GDPR-aligned data security protocols across all HR analytics initiatives.
Development:
l Lead and develop the people analytics team; nurture team members’ data literacy, analytical skills and business insight, and build sustainable high-performance delivery capability.
l Champion AI and AIGC adoption within HR analytics; drive report automation, accelerate data interpretation and deliver innovative analytical and visualization solutions at global level.
Job Requirements
Expert in global HR data architecture & governance
Enterprise BI strategy & Tableau experience
Strong advanced/predictive analytics capabilities
Forward-thinking, innovative, with AI-enabled HR analytics experience
Proficient in SuccessFactors or similar HRS systems
Familiar with global HR processes & ESG HR agendas
Excellent cross-functional & executive stakeholder skills, with strategic thinking
Demonstrated people leadership & team development experience
Fluent business English, strong communication/influencing skills
Agile, proactive & adaptable with prioritization skills
