Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Delhi, India. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interviews with clients. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate databases, following up with applicants, and ensuring accurate documentation of hiring activities. The role involves close collaboration with client organizations to understand position requirements, provide regular updates, and support timely hiring decisions. The HR Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment processes and promoting a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to manage applicant tracking, maintain databases, and handle recruitment documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and candidates.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
Understanding of basic HR practices, recruitment ethics, and local labor considerations.
Proficiency with common productivity tools and job portals; familiarity with ATS software is an advantage.
Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
