About the Role:
Join a fast-growing agency focused on scaling creators with strong content vision. This role involves managing and growing creator talent, driving monetisation beyond brand deals, and building long-term creator IPs while working closely with founders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage creators end-to-end and act as their primary point of contact
Drive growth, positioning, and monetisation strategies
Close and negotiate brand collaborations
Ensure smooth campaign execution
Identify content opportunities, formats, and long-term IPs
Scout and onboard high-potential creators
What We’re Looking For:
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Hustler mindset with ownership attitude
Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube
Experience working with creators and managing campaigns
Ability to balance creator relationships with revenue goals
Must-Have:
Existing network with creators/brands
Ability to independently build and scale talent vertical
Nice to Have:
Experience managing exclusive talent
Knowledge of contracts, usage rights, and creator IP building
