Core Skills
Strong expertise in Motion Graphics & Animation
Advanced Adobe After Effects
Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong typography, composition and visual storytelling
Ability to create motion from scratch, not template-based edits
Experience with digital campaigns, advertisements, brand films and social media
Strong understanding of timing, pacing, rhythm, transitions and sound synchronization
Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into creative motion
Experience collaborating with Creative, Design, Strategy, Copy and Planning teams
Ability to mentor and guide junior designers
🤖 AI Skills — Mandatory
Candidates should demonstrate practical experience using AI in their creative/video workflow, including:
AI-assisted video generation and animation
Text-to-video, image-to-video and video-to-video workflows
AI-assisted concept development, storyboarding and visual ideation
AI-generated visuals, assets and creative experimentation
AI-assisted video editing, enhancement and compositing
Experience with tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ChatGPT or equivalent AI tools
Ability to combine AI-generated content with After Effects, Premiere Pro and other professional design tools
Understanding of how to use AI to improve speed and experimentation without compromising originality, brand consistency or quality
AI-assisted work should be visible in the portfolio/showreel where applicable
Portfolio — Mandatory
Portfolio/showreel must demonstrate:
Original motion graphics and animation
Strong animation fundamentals
Ads / brand films / digital campaigns
Excellent typography and composition
Motion created from scratch
Creative use of technology and AI tools
Strong visual storytelling and finishing quality
