About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO Intern to support our social media team in managing and growing brand presence across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in social media management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts.
* Support in creating engaging content (captions, images, short videos, reels, etc.).
* Help manage company pages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Monitor comments, messages, and engagement under supervision.
* Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.
* Assist in running social media campaigns and promotions.
* Track basic performance metrics such as likes, reach, and engagement.
* Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and posts.
* Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
Required Skills
* Basic understanding of social media platforms.
* Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is preferred.
* Interest in digital marketing and branding.
Qualification
* Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
* Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
* Basic knowledge of social media management is a plus.
