Lead technical design sessions and review implementations.
Ensure integration and alignment with enterprise systems.
Required Skills
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
Experience in designing integrations and custom applications.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Proficiency in scripting and configuration within ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM implementation
Experience
10+ years in IT with minimum 4+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
