We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader / Manager – Student Visa Vertical to lead our Counselling Advisors (CAs) across all study destinations while actively contributing to business growth through individual targets.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Counselling Advisors (CAs) handling multiple study destinations.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance review sessions.
Ensure adherence to counselling processes, CRM updates, and quality standards.
Resolve escalations and support team members in converting complex cases.
Student Recruitment & Counselling
Guide prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
Assist students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
Support the team in handling high-value and complex student cases.
Ensure excellent student experience and service delivery throughout the admission journey.
Business Development & Target Achievement
Achieve assigned individual recruitment and revenue targets.
Drive team performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased conversions.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to maximize lead conversion.
Operational Excellence
Track applications, offers, enrolments, and visa outcomes.
Generate and review performance reports and funnel metrics.
Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and destination-specific requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Overseas Education/Student Visa Consulting.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading a high-performing counselling or admissions team.
Strong knowledge of multiple study destinations including Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, and New Zealand.
Proven track record of achieving team and individual recruitment targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of admissions, application, and visa processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
