About the Role
Beafrnd is looking for freelance Community Partners to support our online community and improve member engagement and experience.
Responsibilities
Engage professionally with assigned Beafrnd community members.
Help new members understand relevant platform features and services.
Encourage positive and meaningful community interactions.
Collect user feedback and share useful insights with the Beafrnd team.
Support community engagement campaigns and initiatives.
Maintain appropriate, respectful, and professional communication.
Follow Beafrnd's privacy, safety, and community guidelines.
Provide periodic updates on community activities and feedback.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort with online communities, and an interest in community management, customer experience or social platforms are welcome to apply. English/Hindi proficiency is preferred; regional-language skills are an advantage.
Prior professional experience is not mandatory.
