Business Development Executive

Integra Magna is hiring a Business Development Executive.
You’ll help us bring in the right clients, build meaningful business relationships, and turn conversations into real growth opportunities.
If you enjoy networking, outreach, and knowing exactly how to turn “maybe” into “let’s talk,” this role might be for you.
Note: This will be a remote job.
The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing:
Finding and reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, referrals, events, and other smart channels
Starting meaningful conversations, nurturing leads, and turning prospects into real business opportunities
Researching brands, founders, and businesses to make outreach more relevant and effective
Leveraging your network, referrals, and industry connections to bring in new opportunities
Working closely with internal teams on proposals, client requirements, and closing opportunities smoothly
Managing pipelines, tracking follow-ups, exploring new markets, and continuously improving outreach strategies.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
You have 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
Your communication skills are strong enough to make people reply instead of ghosting you.
You know how to research companies before reaching out blindly.
You’re organised and can manage multiple leads without losing track.
You’re curious about how creative studios grow and want your work to make a visible impact on the business.
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or international markets is a big plus.
