We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales through LinkedIn outbound. You’ll identify potential clients, start conversations with decision-makers, qualify leads, and help convert them into customers.
Responsibilities
Find and connect with relevant prospects on LinkedIn
Send personalized outbound messages and follow-ups
Qualify interested prospects and book sales calls
Manage the outreach pipeline and follow-ups
Work closely with the team to improve conversion
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and sales skills
Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach
Self-driven and consistent
Previous B2B sales/outbound experience is a plus
Compensation
Commission-only — no fixed salary.
