Customer Support Specialist

· Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation, active listening, and confident phone presence.
· Customer-focused mindset with solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
· Demonstrated Sales abilities, including lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
· Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adopt new sales scripts, tools, and product knowledge.
· Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management software.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage time effectively.
· Previous telesales or inside sales experience in IT or related sectors is an advantage.
· Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
