We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
IRC Engineering Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Noida. If you have strong experience in mechanical product design, robotics, ROV/USV/UAV platforms, CAD/simulation, and ROS2, this could be a great opportunity to work on advanced engineering and industrial inspection projects.

Job Role:
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who can contribute to the design and development of robotic systems and industrial inspection solutions.
The role involves working on mechanical assemblies, enclosures, tooling, prototypes, and product development while collaborating with electronics and software teams for complete system integration.
What we are looking for:
7–8 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
Experience in underwater and above-water robotics, including ROV, USV, and UAV/aerial platforms.
Strong knowledge of ANSYS, SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar CAD/simulation software.
Hands-on experience with ROS2 (Robot Operating System 2).
Exposure to electronics and sensor integration.
Experience with laser-based inspection systems.
Experience in custom tool and fixture development.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical assemblies, enclosures, tooling, and fixtures for robotic systems.
Create detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation.
Support prototype development, testing, design improvements, and product validation.
Work closely with electronics and software teams for system integration.
Contribute to product development activities from concept to deployment.
Participate in innovative robotics, NDT, inspection, and automation projects.
Important Requirement:
Candidates must be willing to travel to and work at client/project sites whenever required.
