About the Company: AV Education is a financial literacy and BFSI skill development firm, empanelled with NSE Academy, conducting Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) across India. Our mission — Empowering Youth with Financial Knowledge.
About the Role: We're looking for an HR Executive to join our Lucknow office and take ownership of scheduling and coordinating Investor Awareness Program (IAP) sessions across colleges, corporates, and government institutions. This is a target-driven, performance-based role with a clear path to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Book Investor Awareness Program (IAP) sessions with colleges, women's organizations, corporates, government bodies, police, defense units, and private companies
Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to ensure a minimum of 10 confirmed IAP sessions per month
Maintain relationships with institutional points of contact for repeat bookings
Track session pipeline and report monthly performance
Compensation & Incentives:
Base Salary: ₹10,000/month, performance-based
Monthly Target: Minimum 10 confirmed IAP sessions
Salary Structure (based on sessions booked):
15 IAPs: 100% salary
9+ IAPs: 75% salary
5 to 8 IAPs: 50% salary
0 to 4 IAPs: 25% salary
Performance Incentives (beyond target):
16 to 25 IAPs: ₹500 per session
26 to 35 IAPs: ₹750 per session
35+ IAPs: ₹1,000 per session
Career Growth: Book 20+ IAPs in a month and get promoted to HR Team Leader — build and lead your own HR team. Fixed salary continues; personally book at least 10 IAPs every month, and earn ₹2,000 per additional eligible IAP session from the 11th session onwards.
