About the Company
A well-known global consumer brand is building its India design studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early designers. You will shape visuals for a brand millions already recognise. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will turn briefs into clean, on-brand visuals across digital and print, keeping every piece consistent with the brand system.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production
Design assets for social, web, email, and print from brief to final file
Build layouts, graphics, and templates that hold up across formats
Prepare production-ready files with correct specs and exports
Brand & Collaboration
Apply and protect brand guidelines across every deliverable
Work with marketing and content teams to land each campaign
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 5 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio
Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or Figma
A sharp eye for layout, type, colour, and detail
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to consumer or retail brand design
Comfort working within an established design system
Basic motion or social-video skills an advantage
