### 🔍 What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain native Android applications using **Java & Kotlin**
• Design scalable, reusable, testable components and feature modules
• Integrate **REST APIs, payment gateways, third-party SDKs & healthcare services**
• Work with **Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, Room, WorkManager, Retrofit/OkHttp & Hilt/Dagger**
• Optimize performance, startup time, memory, battery usage, and responsiveness
• Implement secure coding practices and address **VAPT & mobile security** recommendations
• Own **push notifications, deep links, analytics, crash reporting & attribution**
• Manage **Google Play Store releases, signing, staged rollouts & production monitoring**
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and drive engineering best practices
### 💡 What We’re Looking For
✅ 6–8+ years of professional Android development experience
✅ Strong **Java & Kotlin** skills
✅ Excellent knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack, lifecycle, Activities, Fragments & Services
✅ Strong understanding of **MVVM, Clean Architecture & design patterns**
✅ Hands-on experience with testing, debugging, profiling and CI/CD
✅ Experience with **Firebase, FCM, AppsFlyer/CleverTap/MoEngage** or similar tools
✅ Knowledge of mobile security practices such as **SSL pinning & certificate management**
✅ Experience with **Compose + XML** is a plus
✅ Exposure to healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, logistics or other high-scale consumer applications is preferred
