Dee Pet Services is a growing pet-care company providing professional veterinary and pet-care services for dogs and cats. We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with pet parents and contribute to the growth of our services.
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from pet parents through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable veterinary and pet-care services.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to improve conversion rates.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Generate repeat business and encourage customers to use additional relevant services.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the veterinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic service-related concerns.
Identify potential sales opportunities and contribute ideas for improving sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and build a strong customer base.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or business development preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Candidates with experience in pet care, veterinary, healthcare, retail or service-based businesses will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
