Vendor Operations Manager

Corporate campuses do not run on one company's staff alone. Housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, and AMC vendors for lifts and HVAC — a facilities-management firm servicing corporate campuses keeps a rotating bench of twenty-plus service vendors across its sites, and it is hiring a Vendor Operations Manager through Flexiple to run that bench properly.
What you'll own
You will hold the vendor relationship for a set of campuses: renewing AMCs before they lapse, auditing site-level service delivery against contracted scope, and stepping in when a client complains that a vendor missed something. You will negotiate rates at renewal, keep a live tracker of contract dates and penalty clauses, and build the case for swapping out a vendor who has underperformed for two quarters running. Site visits are part of the job — this is not a role run entirely from a spreadsheet.
You will also be the point of contact when a new campus comes on board and needs its vendor panel built from scratch, sourcing quotes, checking references, and getting the paperwork in place before day one.
Who's hiring
The firm runs facilities operations for corporate campuses and is expanding its vendor-governance function as the site count grows. You are hired through Flexiple, which places and manages the employment relationship on the client's behalf.
This suits someone with three to eight years managing outsourced facility or service vendors, comfortable with contracts, invoice reconciliation, and enough client-facing composure to explain a missed SLA without the conversation turning defensive. Familiarity with AMC and facilities-service contracts is a strong plus.
The site itself
Based on-site out of Bengaluru or Gurugram, with regular travel between campuses in the portfolio — a site-bound role, not offered remote.
