Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years of experience handling recruitment across the UK and European markets. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills and experience managing the recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions across the UK and Europe.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, location, and notice period.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates through the joining process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Requirements
2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in UK and European markets.
Good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean searches.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
