Role Description The Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for overseeing daily waste management operations and staff performance. This role includes planning and assigning tasks to team members, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that collection, segregation, and disposal activities follow safety and environmental guidelines. The Team Leader coordinates with supervisors, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues, maintain schedules, and support service quality. Daily responsibilities also involve training and guiding staff, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role requires hands-on involvement in the field and proactive problem-solving to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications

Willingness to work in field conditions and follow company health and safety guidelines.
