About The Role
We are looking for an L&D Manager to design and execute learning strategies that strengthen organisational capability, improve employee performance, and support BigMint’s future growth. The role will partner closely with business leaders to translate organisational priorities into impactful learning initiatives while building a culture of continuous learning and development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps across functions and employee levels.
Design, implement, and manage impactful technical, functional, leadership, and behavioural learning programs.
Develop and maintain an annual learning calendar aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with business leaders, internal trainers, external consultants, vendors, and institutes to deliver blended and digital learning solutions.
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives for critical roles.
Introduce innovative learning approaches including coaching, mentoring, microlearning, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Track learning effectiveness through HR analytics, learner feedback, performance metrics, and program ROI.
Partner with stakeholders on change management and organisational development initiatives.
Develop initiatives that strengthen BigMint’s values, culture, employee engagement, and growth mindset.
Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, platforms, and employee development journeys.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate learning outcomes and impact to leadership.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organisational Development.
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and programme management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to engage and influence senior leaders through data-driven insights.
Strong understanding of blended learning, digital learning, and modern L&D practices.
Ability to use HR analytics, dashboards, and metrics to measure learning effectiveness.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Experience
5–8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development, or related areas.
Proven experience in designing and implementing blended and digital learning programmes.
Experience in leadership development, succession planning, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives.
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in measuring learning effectiveness, programme ROI, and business impact.
Professional certification in L&D, OD, Instructional Design, Coaching, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications in L&D, OD, Instructional Design, or Coaching will be an added advantage.
