Report to: Senior Regulatory Management & Trade Compliance Associate Specialist | Life Science
Your role:
Review and match customer licenss with company's licenses in Vietnam.
Track and manage import / export quotas.
Coordinate regulatory pathways.
Collablorate with the Demand & Supply Team.
Monitor all Life Science shipments.
Support customs clearance processes.
Respond to customer inquiriers.
Maintain up-to-date regulatory data.
Perform other ad-hoc duties.
Who you are:
Bachelor's in Chemical Engineer OR Chemical related background.
At least 2 years of experience in the related field, such as import lincesing, chemical regulatory compliance, or chemical law.
Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to completing tasks with accountability and ownership.
Preferable has digital exposure and mindset.
Fluent in English proficient.
