Your Roles:
NATURE AND SCOPE
Manage and maintain consistent quality systems to meet customer expectations and build loyalty.
Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead programs aligned with our strategic customer quality initiatives and ensure effective execution.
Investigate and report complaints; ensure consistency across all complaints. In addition to the primary accountability for Quality, the role will manage customer and internal complaints, support customer requests, and coordinate activities within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Support standardization across global processes where applicable and lead cross-functional improvement activities in Korea (e.g., SPC/SQC, FMEA, Control Plan, Problem Solving Methodology, DRB, TRT, EMOC, etc.).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support for customer surveys/questionnaires/requests related to quality.
Lead and coordinate customer request related SPC/SQC issues (e.g., OOS, OOC, OOT/OOB).
Lead and coordinate Customer Complaint & Internal Nonconformance; monitor and close out complaints as a Complaint Owner.
Perform QMS related tasks with Quality Manager (Control Plan, FMEA, OKRs, MOC, SPC/SQC, etc.).
Support DRB/TRT/SPC programs for Processes & Products (Specialty Gases, Thin Film) as needed to meet customer requirements and expectations.
Participate in internal and external audits and drive corrective and preventive actions for any nonconformances.
Perform miscellaneous projects as required.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, Material Science or a related technical field.
Chemical manufacturing, process engineering, control engineering, analytical chemist, or semiconductor fabrication experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, able to manage multiple activities/projects in organized, timely manner.
Experience with problem-solving, investigation methodologies, statistical analysis, and data automation and digitalization.
Knowledge of quality principles and tools (quality engineering, reliability engineering, quality codes/standards).
Experience with SPC/SQC and statistical tools (Minitab/JMP/Tableau), MS Office and experience with SAP/LIMS is a plus.
Experience with ISO management systems.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
