Lead Mechanic -Equipment
What you can expect

· OT after 8 hours
· Training programs
What you will do
· Travel in the field and jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus)
· Plans work procedures (Scheduling) and/or possible solutions such as parts, PM service in conjunction with Equipment Manager
· Trouble shoot and maintain all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers.
· Examines equipment and discusses with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
· Ensure engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices, ensure compliance with all company policies and safety rules. Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
· Work closely with all equipment manufactures to keep up with new technology
