Le Directeur Usines (H/F) pilote l’ensemble des opérations de production et des activités techniques du site. Il garantit la performance industrielle, la qualité des produits, la sécurité des équipes et l’optimisation des processus, dans le respect des objectifs de coûts, délais et qualité.
Missions principales :
Supervision des opérations
Coordonner l’ensemble des activités de fabrication et logistique du site afin de garantir le respect des engagements de délais et des coûts de revient.
S’assurer du respect des procédures Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement au quotidien.
Assurer en permanence l’adéquation charge / capacité de travail et le respect des délais de livraison.
