Reports to: Managing Director – Network Access Products
Role Overview: The Operations Director is responsible for the end-to-end operational and safety performance across all Network Access Products (NAP) operating locations. This includes leading a team of senior individuals across all areas of Site Operations, Logistics, Asset Management and Project, capital and non-capital, within the business. This leadership position reports directly to the Managing Director, leading the operational strategy and execution in these areas, to meet growth, margin, customer service and sustainability targets for Cubis Systems & NAL. This is role is for a highly strategic leader who drives high performance and continuous improvement in each of these critical areas.
What our new ‘Operations Director - NAP’ will be doing:
Lead the highest standards of safety, quality and best in class manufacturing performance, through the day-to-day management of the Director of Site Operations and partnership with the SHEQ Director (IPE) and their teams.
Design and implement an operations strategy and roadmap, aligned to business goals, including but not limited to safety governance, quality improvement, cost management, delivery performance, and capital investment.
Translate business strategic goals into in-year performance, through full operational P&L ownership for annual operating plans and forecasting, budgets and measurable performance indicators in all areas of responsibility.
Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and IPE Senior Leadership Team, providing advice and insight on operational performance, risk and investment priorities.
Partner with the HR & Talent Director and Managing Director to ensure appropriate succession and mentoring plans are
