Position Overview
As a Truck Driver, you’ll play a vital role in transporting materials—including dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and equipment—to various job sites, as well as managing materials in our yard. You’ll operate a variety of trucks (belly dumps, dump trucks, semi-tractor trailers, and more) and be trusted to work independently, with plenty of opportunities to showcase your expertise and initiative.

Your Key Responsibilities
Safely operate trucks delivering materials to job sites, yards, and public roads.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready and compliant with DOT standards.
Manage loading and unloading tasks, operate a range of trailers, and keep accurate delivery and mileage logs.
Maintain truck cleanliness and product quality, handle minor vehicle servicing, and report major issues promptly.
Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and all applicable regulations.
Uphold a professional and courteous attitude with clients and colleagues.
Contribute to a team environment and offer support where needed.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; two years of tractor/trailer experience preferred but not mandatory.
Valid CDL A license (current and compliant with all state requirements).
Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission. (No E Restriction).
Minimum age: 18 years.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions as required.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
Willingness to train and mentor new drivers.
Ability to wear PPE as required and comply with OSHA/MSHA standards.
Skills for Success
Expertise in operating heavy trucks and related equipment efficiently and safely.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and to work independently.
Attention to detail and professionalism with paperwork, logs, and customer interactions.
Physical stamina to lift, climb, and maneuver in a fast-paced environment.
