Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable enterprise-grade applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices for our healthcare and life-sciences analytics platforms, while actively leveraging AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery.
Core Programming & Frameworks:
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+ / Java 17
• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js
• Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis)
Cloud, DevOps & Containerization:
• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP services
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
AI-Assisted Development:
Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-powered development tools, such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor AI
• ChatGPT / LLM-assisted coding
• AI-assisted code generation, debugging, testing, and refactoring
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development productivity
Database & Data Management:
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle)
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Database schema design, query optimization, and JPA / Hibernate performance tuning
Engineering Practices:
• Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and scalable architecture
• Experience with Agile / Scrum development
• Writing unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) and integration tests
• Conducting code reviews and collaborative development
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience working on SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with data platforms or analytics products
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Exposure to healthcare / life-sciences data standards is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in fast-paced product teams
• Good communication and documentation skills
