About the Role
Lead residential and commercial projects from concept to completion while coordinating clients, consultants, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design development and project planning
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Coordinate Architecture, Structure & MEP consultants
Review drawings and ensure execution quality
Guide junior architects and oversee project delivery
Monitor timelines, budgets, and site progress
Requirements
B.Arch (COA Registration preferred)
5–7 years of professional experience
Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
