Are you passionate about human resources, talent management, and creating a positive work environment? Here's an exciting opportunity for you! The World Times, a reputable news website headquartered in New Delhi, India, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team.
Position: HR Intern
Location: Remote
Type: Unpaid internship
Duration: 2 months
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling confidential information.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing virtual events, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a human resources, business administration, psychology, or related program (preferred but not required).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
