Event Suppor Staf

Role Description The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate consulting and auditing projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, defining scope and objectives, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and managing budgets for assigned engagements. The role involves frequent communication with clients and internal teams, preparing status reports, identifying risks, and proposing corrective actions to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will also support documentation, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance of project outcomes. This is a part-time remote role, requiring effective self-management and the ability to collaborate virtually across different locations.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial, tax, and operational data and support informed decision-making.
Clear and professional Communication abilities for client interaction, stakeholder updates, and team coordination.
Budgeting and financial oversight skills to manage project costs, track expenditures, and support profitability.
Experience in auditing, financial consulting, or related professional services is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with project management tools and common office software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking platforms).
