🚨 Hiring | E-commerce Marketplace Specialist | Mumbai
We are hiring an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist for our client, looking for someone who can take ownership of marketplace operations and drive sales, visibility, profitability, and overall e-commerce growth.
📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
🚇 Near Western Express Highway Metro
💼 Experience: 3–5 years (5+ years preferred for senior candidates)
🎓 Education: Graduate
Key Responsibilities
• Manage marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & D2C platforms
• Optimize product listings, titles, keywords, A+ content and catalogues
• Manage Amazon Seller Central, account health and marketplace compliance
• Plan and optimize PPC/advertising campaigns
• Track ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR & conversion rates
• Monitor inventory, forecasting, replenishment and order fulfillment
• Manage pricing, promotions, deals and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse teams
• Analyze sales, competitor and marketplace data using Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, revenue and marketplace performance
Ideal Candidate
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on marketplace management experience
✔ Amazon Seller Central experience is mandatory
✔ Experience with Flipkart, Myntra and D2C platforms
✔ Strong analytical and Advanced Excel skills
✔ Experience in e-commerce, distribution or cross-border trade is preferred
✔ High ownership, problem-solving ability and strong stakeholder management
