The brand has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Executive who can keep order processing accurate as daily volumes climb. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Operations Executive, you will process orders, track fulfilment status, and flag delays before they become customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Handle day-to-day operational tasks — data entry, order processing, and coordination with vendors or field teams
Track daily and weekly operational metrics and flag exceptions to the team lead
Maintain accurate records across the operational systems the team relies on
Coordination & Support
Coordinate between internal teams to keep tasks moving without delays
Support process rollouts by testing new workflows before they go live team-wide
Escalate recurring issues with clear context so they get fixed at the root
Ideal Candidate Profile
1 to 4 years in an operations, coordination, or administrative execution role
Comfortable with spreadsheets and at least one operational or CRM-style tool
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage several small tasks at once without dropping any
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
A bachelor's degree in any discipline
