Role Description This full-time remote IT Recruiter (Target based/From consultancy) role focuses on managing end-to-end hiring needs for technology positions across client organizations. The IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Daily tasks include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand technical requirements, refine job descriptions, and meet hiring targets within defined timelines. The recruiter is also expected to provide market insights, support offer negotiation, and uphold a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with familiarity across diverse technology roles and skill sets.
Solid background in Hiring and Recruiting within a consultancy or agency environment, preferably in target-driven roles.
Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines using job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referral programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with both candidates and client teams.
Comfort with remote work, strong time management, and the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines independently.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and standard productivity software.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
Understanding of current IT industry trends and common technical stacks; prior experience hiring for multiple domains is an advantage.
